REFUND ON TDR

R/Sir,

As per railway rule on submission of TDR, refund will be done within 90 days i.e. three months. But in my following case approx. 490 days (16 months) has been passed and refund is not done till date. The details is taken from my login page on www.irctc .co.in. as follows:
