I had cancelled my tickets on 25th february and irctc site shown money was refunded on 26th February but money is not credited in my account as of now. i have sent many mail to irctc mail id [email protected] but no reply received from irctc. i have tryed many times on custmer care no but no body pick the phone. this is realy pathetic behaviour of irctc and i think it is so bad for irctc consumer.
