"Its over a month that i havent recvd my refund of an air ticket booked via air.irctc.co.in. That i cancelled due a stike called all over india on 28th may. I applied for a refund process on the website and it prompted that it will be refunded in account in 4-5 working days. But now its over 45days i have not received my refund. Everytime I called their customer care they say please wait for another 3 to 4 days and this is being continued from 28th of may. I am helpless now. Please please help me to get my refund. Its a large amount which is I am supposed to receive.
The transaction ID of the ticket is 5000006618, Passenger Name is Ms Remashree Dutta, Ticket No is 5899553087778, Cancellation Ref no is 1000007035, PNR of the Ticket is DZWFNG and Flight Details Jet Airways 9W-2860.
