Defective product

I had purchased the Spice QT 55 (Order no. 902398665) mobile from Homeshop18, since I recived it on 17 Feb it was not working I had taken it to spice care they temporarily started it and when I took back the product home and tried to charge it.same problem arised neither it was starting nor charging. I have complained again about the product and they said we are sending you new battery. I am felling so frustated that why I had purchased mobile online. I have promised myself I will never purchase mobile/electronics online and will never shop from Homeshop18 and will advise everyone not to purchase anything from them.
