Sir, I have purchased New Kenstar Microwave Oven of model MWO-OM-20-DGQ on31.5.2010 vide cash bill no14071 dt.31.5.2010 from M/s Sri Venkataramana Arcade, Trunk Road, Nellore-524001 (AP).
the product is not working. Thematter was complained through toll free 1800 419 40 40 and was regd.che0606100090 again reminded to 044-39 40 40 40
on 6.6.2010. So far nobody visited for repair. My address is No.36, 6th street, United Constructions, Periyarnagar. Madipakkam. Chennai-600091. my cell no 9176702489 and land phone no 044-22584157. As the product is in warranty, I request you to kidly arrange send the rep. for immediate repair to put the unit in usage ciondition.
