This is to inform you that, i had seen one advertisement on TV in which it was represented by Seller STAR CJ thorugh MNM Trading Solution Private Limited that customer will be given 4 Free Gift Items on the purchase of Whirlpool 20L Grill Galaxy Microwave Oven.

accordingly I had placed an order for Microwave Oven (Item Code No.102574, Color: none Size: without SKU: 001). after some days, I received the parcel but when i opened the sealed parcel, send by company in the presence of courier boy, i got shocked to see that the ordered item i.e. Whirlpool 20L Grill Galaxy Microwave Oven (MWO) was not lying in the said parcel, however 4 Free Gift Items were lying in the said parcel. when i asked the courier boy about the said Microwave Oven which was ordered by me, the said courier boy showed his unawareness about the said item by representing that he has delivered the said parcel as intact without tempering it. i contacted the company on its phone no.0124582 and told the entire incident about the non-delivery of ordered item i.e. Microwave Oven, on this some official of M/s MNM Trading Solutions Pvt. Ltd assured me to look into the matter and to solve the problem. Thereafter, i called on office phone number many a times and requested M/s MNM Trading Solutions Pvt. Ltd office to send the ordered Microwave Oven. Then official of M/s MNM Trading Solutions Pvt. Ltd assured me to send the Microwave Oven as soon as possible but now my toleration power is at its end.

The said M/s MNM Trading Solutions Pvt. Ltd is guilty of unfair trade practice and deficiency of services. Apathetic/negligent attitude of M/s MNM Trading Solutions Pvt. Ltd caused mental tension, harassment, financial loss, and a feeling of being cheated, to me.

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER. I MAY PLEASE BE PROVIDED JUSTICE.
