Wrong Info with very bad customer support

Dear Sir,

My name is Rahul, i am the customer of Reliance Netconnect services, on 5th Dec 2012 i did a recharge of 800 Rs. for my data card having number 9371356042 and before doing recharge i called to reliance customer care department and asked if there is any network related issue in my area, firstly they told me that there is no network issue in my area and i can do recharge and the guy i spoke with assured me that i will receive 200 kbps speed after doing recharge... The moment i did my recharge i m getting ZERO speed and most of the time no connectivity...then i called again and launch a complaint regarding that (Complaint No. 193430094) then they started telling me that my area comes under network problems when i asked for my refund because they provided me wrong info they started giving me some unethical answers like i should have done 100 Rs. Trial recharge before doing 800 Rs. Recharge instead of accepting their mistake and giving my refund... from my side i already called them before doing recharge and gave complete description of my area to them...since the day i did that recharge (5th Dec) till today (12th Dec) i didn't got any response from there side regarding my complaint... i m the only one calling them everyday and listening some unethical excuses from them....

I already wasted 8 days after doing recharge with their customer support department and got nothing but lies from their side...I just want to quit from POOR Reliance Netconnect Services..Please Help me out with my situation, I an a MBA Student & Internet is really important to me i can switch to other brand which is working well in my area if they give my refund...
