Sir this is to inform you that I have a broadband connection named on myself Mohit Lakhotia (03340669281). I paid the amount of Rs 900 of July to August, but still the bill shows that it's outstanding. I spoked to the executive but he told that u have to pay the amount as we don't have any record of it. As my receipt got misplaced so I could not tell the receipt number. The executive talked very rudely with me and was talking all nuisance.

I told him that I would like to leave this connection because you all are theif. He told me that I would not cut the connection until and unless u pay the due. And I would also like to say you sir if you don't trust the customer u don't have any right to call us and talk to us about the plans and offer us. This is the insult I have to face from your side. I felt really bad the way the executive spoke to me.

It's my insult if I still stay in this connection, before that also u all made this nuisance and I had to suffer. I would make it clear that my outstanding is showing 2851.03 (which excludes my payment of 900) after deducting my 900 which nor I nor u have the proof that i paid, the amount comes to 1951.03 which I am liable to pay. I would pay the dues after u send me a fresh bill of Rs1951.03. After that I would like to disconnect my connection. Hope you see to it.
