I wish to state that I had bought a Refrigerator on 20th Jan from your authorized dealer M/s Citiline which is situated at Bye pass Road, Chas, Bokaro, state-Jharkhand. Model no. of the fridge is GFP 280S (Double Door) bearing Serial No-00005600. Within 15days of my purchase, I realized that cooling is not sufficient. I called your dealer and one of your serviceman from your service-center turned up. It was found that FAN was not working which was rectified by your service-center. On 30th Oct I found that some tik-tak (relay-sound) was coming from my fridge and cooling was not taking place. This time i lodged my complain on your Tollfree Number and i got my complain number as 819295. One person attended my problem and it was found that this time my Compressor has gone, it has to be changed. Compressor has a five years warranty, so it will be changed but i have to pay Rs. 1000 for gas.
Sir, I would like to say that GAS is a part of compressor. Gas has to be changed /refilled due to faulty compressor, gas has not leaked, so I should not be charged for GAS filling. My gas is intact in this compressor, so you must make some arrangement to preserve my compressor gas. Godrej has got a name in home appliances but in my case, my refrigerator started problem within a month of purchase. Before this I was using a Whirlpool fridge for 10years without a single problem. I just changed that fridge as it was of 165 liters only.
