Service problem

Am consumer of Bharat Gas. My consumer No is 5666 with Oorja Gas Agencies, Shop No 8 Tanki Road, Methapur, Badarpur, New Delhi-110044, Phone No is 011-26669944, 45 and 011-32624451.

Agency is not picking up phone and I am not able to get my no booked. I believe that this agency is not providing good services to their consumer. Because we have trying to get to phone connect for last 3 days. It seems that agency either disconnect the phone or simply they switch off the phone. every month i have to put permition or take leave to book refile and come all the way from madanpur kadar to mithapur.

Need to improve the service. Bharat Petroleum need to take action.
