Hi,

I have applied for Pan Card some time back in December and as i havent recieved it even after 3months i checked the status of my Pan Card online and it says "RUD lying in chennai". Not sure what does that mean and not sure how to get it. Any one can help?

PS: I'm also issued the Pan Card number, which is BCGPM8482H
