Hi,

I am a consumer of Airtel Postpaid Mobile number of 9940678190 and due to some problem i decided that i surrender my connection on Oct 2nd week. But i am getting the bill on Nov and When i check with callcentre, they said your connection is still active, first pay the bill. and they have told us that, the refund will be returned after 60 days.
