Audio Cinema was activated on my cell (9860515776) without my knowledge, as well as, they haven't took any approval from my side. After activating the services they haven't send any mesage also. I made a complaint with referenceID:31116271882 (Sunita) with a commitment from her that i will get refund within 24 hrs. After 2 days, i haven't receive the money and made the call again for refund of money. They said they get my money back as per company policy rule. ReferenceId for second call is 1118317770 (mayuri chikne).
