Non activation of GPRS within 48 hrs

I have recharged my sim with Rs. 498 voucher for activating GPRS for a month on 24th november but my GPRS service is yet not activated although 48 hr duration is over. Few months back same problem occured and a total of 3 days of my 30 days GPRS service was wasted.
