Hai..

i am swetha, i want to cancel my numbers 9908926699 and 9989993116 because of extra bill more than my usage.and i was not satisfied with this service and more over about signal everywhere i go.

i purchased this sims and get activated in guntur nazz centre's airtel office on november 27th around, or you can see employ ID who submitted my proofs. they told us the plan about double delight exactly opposite 2 that one.and we strongly believe and simply submitted proofs nd all, returned back with 2 numbers.when coming to the bill generation, we used to get extra bill every time.we are not having any discounts according to their words.finally we were misleaded. today airtel customer care executive telling that we have to pay the whole amount.and finally i want you to take action on them immediately and cut their salary and make a favour for us as punishment.otherwise, i strictly take action. now get me the deposit back or deduct into my bill as you can get it from that employ salary.that is my demand.and i am not going to pay the whole bill.

finally, i want to advice: PLEASE TRY TO HAVE CUSTOMER FEED BACK, they are satisfying or not with this service, is there occuring any technical mistakes in bill generating, signal is weak or not in some areas, why always airtel cross connecting other numbers and charged..etc..

i request you to solve my query as early as you can with positive response for senior customers.. Thank you
