I am using Aitel mobile for the past two year. From jan i subscribed to free browsing in my mobile with a charge of Rs.99/month. But in my April month bill they charged Rs.738/- for browsing only. Lot of time i gave a complaint to customer care but there is response from Airtel. I fought with customer care many times for this issue. I didn't pay my bill with out solving that bill issue. Now they disconnected my mobile connection. Now i am facing lot of inconvenience without that mobile no. Pls help me. What can i do?? Can i give this complaint to TRAI???
