Hectoring from Airtel

Dear Sir,

Please note earlier I had a postpaid connection of Airtel number was 09717259059. For bills I was regular following them to deliver or mail to me, but the same was undelivered timely. Hard copy of the bills I have never received in my flat. For bill followup I had called to Airtel customer care more than 10 times, but they never had responded regarding bills. Since I have not received the bill so I didn't paid my unknown bills, and the same I have to send to my company to clear in my mobile expenses. Now I have left the company and I won't received any bill from Airtel. And not even a source to claim the same, which I was used for company use due to delay in delivery of Airtel bills.

6 month from now I have received a call from Airtel, and they said to pay the bills. I was ready to pay 1470 Rs and for settlement, but I was demanded for Apologize letter from Airtel for delay in bill delivery in their letter head with authorized signatory. They didn't provide the same and not even received call from them.

But now few days before I have received from Airtel with a name of Mr. Sharma. According to them My bill has increased up to 2700 INR and they are fiercely saying that to pay the same. When I have putted my condition for apologize letter and 1470 INR then they started shouted on us and threatened and Hectoring me that I will harm you and your relatives for the same.

I would request you to please look into this matter, and do the needful. No single firm can harm any of consumer without any fault.
