Airtel caller tune

The above said telecom operator airtel deducted rs 30 from my account for caller tunes without my knowledge, and permission.

then i sent an sms asking them not to deduct any amount in future because i did not want any caller tune in my cellphone. in spite of my request they again deducted the same amount for this month also which irritated me. this is not the case of myself only but many of my friends.
