Sir / Madam,

I have a landline no. 01147511891 of airtel company in the name and style of Raman Kumar. I have faced so many complaint regarding speed and billing. So I have marked so many complaints in airtel customer care (198) So many times they offer my many type of discount and continue this connection.

But now I have decided to disconnection of this connection. I have marked a complaint (1325612 dtd. 28.12.10) and this time they also offer me some discount in current bill (Nov’10) and assure that speed not reduce. So I agree to continue this connection.

But after two days I was facing same problem regarding speed.

Then I have marked a complaint again in airtel customer care (198) on 02.01.2011.

They assured that our executive contact you within 24 hrs. But nobody contact me after than till date.

But I have made your payment after discount (offer amount). But now my connection is not disconnecting till date and Airtel executive make call daily on my landline and ask for deposited of balance payment.

Now note that I am not made any payment to airtel company because I am not satisfied this company and also company services and also mark a complete again of disconnection is 02.01.2011 so I am not made any payment after this date
