Dear sir,

I am very much upset with airtel service provider and its verification department, since (four years and above) i have my airtel prepaid connection i have already submitted my identifiction proof more then five times, but still in a interval of 7-8 months i get call from airtel customer care to submit my identification proof, otherwise yours airtel connection will be stopped. and i had to submit and when i ask them whats the reason behind, they say that verfication is for every airtel customer but i have many friends here with prepaid connection they dont get any call regarding verfication or submission of identification proof so, i dont understand what is happening.

Either this people are not doing any work just collecting the identification proofs and putting it in dust bin.and again after some months they call back to same customer and harrasing him or her.

what i mean to say once you are verified there is nothing to verify after several months or year.
