Idea - 54300
Subscribed to dymci through 54300 with out my consent

Hello,

Today (07/06) I have recieved SMS saying that I have opted for a service named "dymci" and Idea automatically activated it with out my consent. How can Idea take this initiative with out my consent?

I had to call 198 to get rid off this service. My question is how come I got auto subscribed? How do I launch a grievence with Idea on this?

Note: I have been a loyal prepaid customer to Idea since 6 years, I don't want such sort of treatment from them
