I am port my no. 9214526584 from Tata Docomo to Airtel before three month ago but after MNP I am facing problem "Message sending Failed "
I am complaint about this many time at Airtel customer care or Toll free 198 but every time they give me Complaint Reference No. but Problem is not Solved.
my message Center no. is OK & as per instruction of customer care executive I sweep my SIM Card & Also Change My Mobile Handset but still I am facing this problem. I am very puzzled this mobile no. is 10 year old or I am not want to change this Number. Complaint no.
