I am Ramanan. My Airtel number is 8971572586.I use airtel for the past two months. On 27/02 sunday evening, I e-charge (top-up) Rs 150 for my mobile and then activate internet for Rs 98.Amont top-up for me is Rs 135, for internet deduction amount is 130.
For Rs 150 -amount top up is Rs 135
I select internet plan for Rs 98 but amount taken from my account is 130.
More over i can't able to speak with customer care executive. I need a solution for my problem. Already i sent a mail to customer care but there is no response.
I feel Airtel is best in customer satisfaction, but when a problem arise, Now i analyse airtel needs improvement in customer satisfaction. i hope fully need a positive result
