I am B.Devender R/O of jeedimetla village, using airtel company's
prepaid connection with number 09959091289.I received SMS message to submit my documents
and On Dec 4th i submitted my documents in
Begumpet, Splendid towers branch, Hyderabad,
on 6th December, i lost my mobile, i have given a complaint to block
my number to the customer care, but my number was not blocked, then i went to paradise branch applied for duplicate sim for Rs 50, their i submitted my documents, they verified my documents and they gave me new sim with same number on 22nd December, they said within 4 hours duplicate sim will activate, sim was activated, but my out going calls was blocked, again i called to customer care
they said we did't received my documents,
Again on Jan 4th
i submitted my documents at Begumpet, splendid towers branch,
but still my outgoing calls are blocked, again i called
to customer care on 20th January, they said we did"t
received my documents,
my complaint no on 20 th Jan was -CWBAR20120115939.
Please anybody tell me where should i submit my documents
were the Airtel people will receive.
now i removed my Airtel sim from my mobile & using Tata docomo connection. DUE TO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
