Disconnection of Outgoing Calls

I am subscriber of Airtel Mobile Service Provider with no. 09849801072. My outgoing calls were suddenly disconnected today i.e 29.01.2010 for requirment of documents for which prior intimation was not given for need of the same. No prior intimation in any format for need of the documents was given by Airtel. This is not proper on the part of service provider to trouble the consumer in this fashion.
