Dear Sir

I want to bring to your notice that i am the customer of Airtel mobile. Few days back i got a message from Airtel mobile regarding activation of Caller tune and my balance got deducted without my knowledge. When i had a word with the customer service executive Miss swati and the team leader Miss ashmita they told me that it had been activated from my side so the balance will not be reverted back, as already i had used the caller tune service for more than 24 hrs and within that i had to deactivate the service. I tried to convince them that, I had not activated the service they were not ready to hear any thing. I said Ok now deactivate the service i don't want any caller tune services. Then also the service not deactivated.. Today i Got one more messages saying your 10 rupees had been deducted due to renewal of service and this will not be reverted back but, they can deactivate the service.

I dont know why the voice of the customer are not heared at any end.. We suffer and the proverb Customer is equal to "cust karke mar " had been proved by the Airtel..

Is any body there who can look in to this... Who can listen the voice of custome
