Mobile internet and problem related to activation

Dear Sir,

I had recharged my card for an amount of rupees 50 on 26/12 and also activated a mobile internet pack for rupees 13. After the activation (Message from number 9001 said" Dear customer, Your GPRS service has been activated. Now enjoy unlimited Internet browsing.") I had started browsing a few sites. I now have received a message deducting my cash balance to rupees 13.86. I was confused and after much search I found a number'543210' to which i sent a message. I did not recieve any answer as to my query. I have not downloaded anything and am not understanding the service provided by Airtel mobile internet pack. Please attend to this problem as soon as possible. I expected a much better service from Airtel and expect to recieve an answer.
