Mobile number portability issue with airtel

Hi,

I recently sent a message PORT 9567765642 to 1900 to get a UPC code to aritel mobile. Even I tried three times I did not receive it. I called to the customer care twice and no any result. Airtel is not good provider so that I am going to terminate my other numbers too.
