Dear Sir,
I am the user of Airtel Mobile Connection No.: 9910983430 for a long time. But I have noticed many problems regarding the activation of the airtel services automatically without requesting. I'm using two Airtel Prepaid Connections at home and It has been seen that without my request for the activation of caller tunes the same has been activated on both my connections.
The amount for the service is deducted from the connections that is unjust according to me.
Please help
