Dear Sir,
My number was 9928080020 which was ported to BSNL 2 months back, but before portability I went to the franchise of airtel to settle my due and they requested me to deposit Rs.180/- and so i did on 1th may and got my No Due Certificate.
On 6th june i was again asked to deposit Rs.205/-.. I clarified that the amount has been paid and the receipt is with me. After that a number of calls were received from your customer care, delhi again asking for the payment, despite i have made it already and told them..
And i also contacted the franchie to inform you regarding the payment.
The franchie gave me the TX ID number- 213757722.
Again on 16th june call from Delhi by number- 011-244809800 came and they gave me fax number- 011-98104-98104 to fax the receipt and i faxed it.
They also wanted that i should speak to Mr. Amit (i don't knw him) and they also gave me one site- [email protected].. I tried but this site in not available..
A person called from Delhi to hold my line to talk to Mr. Amit and after that he said he'll call after an hour. Next day again same happend..
Then I again contacted to franchise. he gave me the receipt number- 1021866495, dated 22nd june..
But on 30th june in evening, despite knowing that on saturday And sunday offices are closed, they disconnected my number without informing.
I again contacted franchise and lodged complain with number- 267389..
So it is requested to kindly look into the matter and get my number activated as soon as possible.. If any action is not taken by coming monday, then i shall be moving to consumer court lodging complaint against you people..
