I am saranga satapathy (kamata, koraput) and i have been using airtel Internet services on my mobile phone for the past 3 years.last 10 days me & my friends are not getting Internet, but network are OK, when we visit other airtel tower then internet network are there available, we are complain to supervisor & S.e, but despite of complaining again and again no useful action is taken against the complaint and every time i get assurance for a resolution but nothing has changed . i am frustrated with the kind of service airtel is providing.if someone can suggest me a strict action against them please contact me at 9178345897.
i have checked Internet s my friend's mobile and he also same problem in last 10 days.
if i don't get any resolution sooner than i would have no option other than switching my network provider.
