This is in reference to my 2 Airtel mobile nos. 9910388873 and 9910598873. I have applied for the closure of my mobile service for both the nos.by the start of Oct. 2011 however they are still playing with my application. It has been more then 2 months and even after talking to the Airtel customer service for several times my mobile nos. are not yet discontinued. Every time they had called me, each time I had clearly asked them to discontinue the nos. as I am not using them anymore however the nos. are not yet discontinued. Instead they sent me the bills for the month of Oct.-Nov. at the beginning of Nov. I paid the bills assuming that would be the final settlement. However this month again I have got mobile bills from them for the period of Nov.-Dec. where as I never used the service in this period. I don't know, how they are generating bills month after month when I am not using the service and have asked them to stop the service 2 months back. Now, I am completely fed up with their process and procedure as I cannot spend my hard earned money like this without using any product or service. I would really appreciate a quick action on this as they are eating my head like anything. It is really heartbreaking to get such a bad service from such a re-known company. At least, I would not go for any Airtel service anymore and will also not recommend to anyone in future.
