Airetl postpaid complaint

Hi,

Ref:9911314491. I switched to airtel from idea last year. Initially I was using 199 plan. Since I am an active user of 3G services I changed my bill plan on december 23 because my bills were over exceeding. I called customer care on 23rd december and asked the representative to change my bill plan. Representative assured me that my plan will be changed and same will be reflected in next billing cycle. This was never done. For past couple of days I am paying extra money for no fault of mine. Yesterday i called customer care again to change my bill plan.

My question is if the airtel didn't updated the plan as per my say then why I am I supposed to pay extra money. Please check the records from this number and you may get the information. And why I am supposed to call again and again to get my plan updated.

This is highly frsutrating and annoying as when a person is assured that the plan would be updated and he/she starts planning and making calls based on the same. And then at the end of the month you end up paying more.
