My complaint is regarding the phone no. 9711876304. my no. is currently dis activated my the Vodafone company due to my non payment of bill but the bill amount is unnecessary too big which i cant able too pay. i went to sant nagar the store of Vodafone. there i met the manager who gave me the wrong info that i don't have any authority to wave off some of your billing amount he also said me to talk to the customer care service they have the authority to do the same but when i called customer care service they said they don't have any authority regarding this topic. i am ready to pay the amount of bill but some bill is unnecessary so this is my request that some some bill should be waved off. you should help me regarding this.
