I ordered (Order No 8822) some snails on 4th October and paid the money into their account. After that I log into their website account and see my order cancelled. Tried communicating with them several times via their contact form (which is the only means of communication), but nothing happened. Finally after sending several daily reminders, they cancelled my account and told me that if I made any further communication with them, I wouldnt receive my refund for a very long time. Its 25th October and I am still waiting for my refund. There are no names, no phone numbers, no emails you can reply to on this site. Just the contact form. Very very shady indeed! I made a mistake ordering here. Hope none of you guys do
