Sir,

I ordered under online with COD facility provided by the said company vide 1008003888 07-17 17:40:45.0 Monalisa pearl & american diamond set payment confirmed by customer Cash which they despatched by first flight courier. I demanded for open delivery but they refused hence I remitted the amount and asked them to open the parcel which they obliged. We were shell shocked that they sent an empty box and the courier employees assured to cooperate as witness if I rang up from there. Umpteen trials were in vain but in fine one lady attended to and after listening directed me to one Mr. Chawla but he did not lift the phone hence, I reverted to the lady who also noticed my number and did not attend my call.

I came to my office and lambasted for their attitude through email for which they responded which is uploaded for your record but only a stereo type answer but to no avail. I seldom thought such reputed organization's online shopping will meet such canondrum.
