Egarding refund of cancelled orde

Dear sir,

i am ajazul rahman from lucknow. i have order a product from indiatimes shopping. i had placed an order on 29th of september . the produt was maharani jackpot combo worth rs .3749. i had made the payment from a cheque . the cheque no. is 549749. bank icici branch aligarh.

my order ref no is 12741535090915.

the probem is that after two months they have cancelled my order and now they are not even refunding the amount.
