I HAVE ORDERED ULTRASLIM BODY SHAPING GARMENT (XL SIZE) IN ONLINE BOOKING OF NAAPTOL, AS MY ORDER NO.911749 DTD 30.10.10 & I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT BY COURIER ON 04.11.10 .BY PAYING Rs.1150/-, AFTER OPENING THE PARCEL I NOTICED THAT I HAVE RECEIVED XXXL SIZE, I HAVE CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE OF NAAPTOL AND SHE TOLD TO RECOURIER TO THEM & ALSO SHE WILL SEND THE ADDRESS BY SMS BUT SHE DIDN'T SEND ANY MESSAGE, AFER CONTINEOUS CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES I RECEIVED THE ADDRESS DETAILS ON 11.11.10 EVENING, I RECOURIERD THE PRODUCT ON12.11.10 & I RECD THE RETURN PRODUCT CONFIRMATION & EXCHANGE ORDER CONFIRMED ON15.11.10 BUT TILL NOW I HAD NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT & DAILY I AM CALLING CUSTOMER CARE & RECEIVING THE READY ANSWER "YOU WILL GET WITH IN 3 TO 4 DAYS".

SO MY BEST SUGGESTION TO EVERY ONE IS DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM NAAPTOL CO, IF YOU ORDER ANY PRODUCT YOU WILL LOSS OF TIME, MONEY EVERYTHING
