This is melvin christian, from ahemdabad gujarat,

i ordered a product BLACKCHERRY BL9000, in august.. and due to problems in product i had to sent it to naaptol for replacement.. and i took nearly 25 days to get my product replaced and get back to me... what the hell is this.. aaptol says it will reach u within 7-10 working days according to their rule then why that time it took so long...

And again when i got that product after 25 days from naaptol, that product was defective so naaptol again fooled me... and again i had to sent to the product back for replacement...

so i sent my product to naaptol again on 4th of january for replacement, and till today i have not got my product back from naaptol, its almost above 2 months my product is with naaptol and naaptol has not sent me back my product.. what the hell is this... should i ask police to take some strict actions against your company naaptol... whenever i call naaptol's customer care they keep fooling me th at your request has not been registered yet for the replacement... it happened to me 5-6 times in meanwhile... customer care executives registered my request of replacement of my product 5-6 times... how come every time the requests go off and and naaptol has to re-register... does every time naaptol has got some technical problems???...

i called on 5th january customer care said your request has not been registered yet we will register your request now and you will get your product from this date after 7-1o working days..

i called on 13th january customer care said your request has not ben registered yet we will register your request now and you will get your product from this date after 7-1o working days..

i called on 28th january customer care said your request has not ben registered yet we will register your request now and you will get your product from this date after 7-1o working days..

i called on 10th feb ruary customer care said your request has not ben registered yet we will register your request now and you will get your product from this date after 7-1o working days..

i called on 14th february customer care said your request has not ben registered yet we will register your request now and you will get your product from this date after 7-1o working days..

i called on 24th february customer care said you will get your product in soon time but not saying actual...

so this is how the company is fooling me.. and may b there are many other customers too who get cheated this way.. this company's take this time keeping the product with them them and send to the customers when the warranty period is about to get over so even if customer again wants to replace his product if he gets defective product then he cant... so therefore proper strict actions are required to b taken seriously... so that customers do not get cheated...
