Non payment on maturing policy

I am holding one policy from Army Postal Life Insurance No APS- 159467-L and matured on Jul. I have forwarded original paper to Army Postal Service (PLI), New Delhi through FPO Ahmedabad vide their letter No 892/PLI/Corr/FPO dt 18 May and reminder issued on 24 Jun. I have three or four time contacting to complaint cell's clerk, but the same not traced out the status of the policy and not given satisfied replied. Therefore, it is requested to you make the payment at the earliest
