Most respectfully i beg to say that My name is man singh shekhawat & i have saving ac.in sikar branch.

on dated 18/6 i was used ATM card on same branch ATM for purpose of Amount rs.40000/-. In first processing i got payment Rs.20000/- but during the second transaction machine got to stop due to link Problem, I leaved ATM & checked Balance other Bank ATM & found unfortunately Rs. Amount has been deduct from the balance second day was Sunday So i went to bank on Monday i complained to manager. According to manager payment will be transfer in your account in next seven days so After seven days i was payment not get so Again reached branch & met to manager He told me that payment had been collected by next user after when ATM machine was wake-up/restored by link, Bank is not responsible for this. he didn't give proper guideline & response regarding this complaint so i complaint to toll free SBI No.& i got Compliant no is 3874171737342, We Again consulted the manager after seven days Regarding this complaint but he not answered me so kindly i request to you pls help me & revert me on [email protected] Cell no.9001992401
