ATM SBI WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal of Rs.10000/- from my ATM card no.-6220180151100163717on 11.05.2011 from Munger PNB ATM Machine by transaction no.- 2297

Dear Sir,

Sub: Withdrawal of Rs.10000/- from my ATM card no.-6220180151100163717on 11.05.2011 from Munger PNB ATM Machine by transaction no.- 2297

Ref: My Savings Account No.-10951884051 at State Bank Of India, Mithapur, Patna

I am saving bank account-holder with SBI, Mithapur Branch, Patna. I used SBI ATM card in PNB ATM Machine at Munger, Bihar around 03.00 PM on 11.05.2011 for withdrawal of Rs.10000/-. The transaction has been declined in machine, after cancellation I left the machine. After updatation of my SBI Passbook on 21.05.2011 I found that an Amount of Rs.10000/- has been debited from my account and shows withdrawal from ATM on 11.05.2011 by transaction no.- 2297.

I request to Manager ATM in writing (SBI, Mithapur Branch, Patna) to take necessary action on this regard and get back. I have already registered my complain on SBI toll free no. on 23.05.2011 and get complain no.-42921514959, but till date I have nither get satisfactory reply nor Rs.10000/- .

I already lodged written complain to PNB Munger ATM Manager.

The details of my account is already above mention in ref.
