I have policy of Aviva - life long policy. While investing in aviva the executive gave me wrong Information about the policy. Now that my policy is matured, I surrender it but Aviva company has put my policy on hold and they have not paid my money as promised. Every time I call customer care and ask about my policy or even if I complain they do not give me good response.
