Wrongly debited amount through ATM

Sir, Good Morning

I have a saving bank account in Axis Bank Yelahanka, Bangalore A/C No is 094010100273237. On 16 Oct 10 around 1900 hrs I used ATM machine of PNB Bank in Ghazipur U.P. branch Bisheshwar Ganj and opt for Rs 10000/ but I have not received cash nor printed cash receipt. After few days I came to know the amount has been debited from my account. I approached to Axis Bank and file complains through e-mail. Lastly Axis Bank replied that PNB Bank denied refunding your money that you had taken your money. Sir I don’t understand how it can be, now there is no option for me to approach to any one or take guidelines to get my money so that lastly I choose you please help me I am facing a lot of problems and hardship of money.
