The NetSecure token is a cheap chinese piece of **** which lives truely upto its potential - as with rest of the chinese goods. I have tried to get a resolution on this for the past year and I am a Priority account customer.. if this is the treatment I get then god help the ordinary customers... please take your money and go to another bank .. Axis banks departments work in silos... the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing... take your money and run before the bank runs with it...
