Consolidation charges

I'm srinivas saipureddy, My Axis Bank Account No. is 909010039292851 .

Axis Bank deducted Rs. 550.00 without any reason and showing them as consolidate charges.

Previously they have deducted Rs. 311.00 as well. And still showing Rs. -250.31 (-ve balance). without any reason.

My account is a salary account and therefore it is supposed to be a ZERO balance account.

When I called the customer support, they dint replied me properly. I can't understand that how can a bank set transaction limit into a salary account?

I hope someone from Axis Bank will look into this and refund my money so that I'll continue my account, otherwise feel free to close this account. I don't want to waste my money without any reson.
