My AXIS Bank debit card no. 4062280050003628 has expired on 31.12.2009. Till today I have not received the replcement card. In this Connection, on 01.1. I personally met Md F.A.Mansur, Executive Operations, Axis Bank, at his Office at Kolkata Main Branch and appraised him the problem. He had assured me that he would intimate me the status either at my cell no. or at my e mail. But, even after expiry of five days, I have not received any informations in this regard. If this is the attitude of Branch Officials, then how customer can get a better service?
