Cheque Bounce

Hi,

I've issued a cheque, of my Axis bank account, Rs. 15, 000/- which has been deposited on State bank of India. But, this cheque got bounce and the reason mentioned is "Connectivity failure". Consequently, my credibility got impacted and also cause of mental harassment. Moreover, State Bank of India deducted some amount from second party's account.

Kindly advise what would be the process of getting compensation of all the losses incurred.
