No information about Debit Card/Customer ID after one month for New Account

Hello,

This is regarding my new account request in AXIS bank (Bhiwadi branch - Rajasthan). I applied for new account opening one month back & I did not receive my Debit card/Customer Id till yet. I just check with my communication address & it was not dispatched yet. It 's very urgent for me to get these details.

I tried calling customer care multiple times but no response. kindly assist me to forward my request further & get these details.
