As per Request given at Axis Bank New Link Rd, Andheri (W), Mumbai Br.with Original Term Deposit No.12410400078579 Rs.8500/- which i was made from Dadar TT branch in the Name of Arun Lodha on ated 11th Oct but still i have not recd.

So kindly look this matter & kindly do the needful.
